Where do I begin to explain how incredible it has been working with Nazli. After many years of constantly redoing our rented apartment to get it just right, I knew when we bought our dream space that this was our one shot of having the home I’d always fantasised about - not an easy standard to meet. Yet, along came Nazli, and took my “dancing on a pinhead” brief which was “a bali villa meets a New York apartment” and brought it to life. She didn’t just bring it to life in the bigger spaces, she brought it to life in every tiny corner, down to even the scent of the space.

She is thorough and meticulous in her process - from the questionnaire to get to know you - to the moodboards, the sourcing and the end styling. At the same time, she is visionary when it comes to pulling the pieces together to bring this big, beautiful picture to life. She has amazing relationships with all the best stores (across every budget) and will go out of her way to ensure you get exactly what you need. She manages the stores and suppliers so as her client, you really enjoy the best parts of designing your space.

Most importantly, she has the best work ethic - the week we moved in, she showed up, morning to night just helping me unpack boxes and clean cupboards. Definitely not part of her job scope, but a testament to how invested she is in her relationships with her clients.

She went above and beyond constantly for the 4 months we worked together to make sure we delivered on my dream that she had helped visualise. I also had many many points of views and she was always collaborative - and most importantly, she became the North Star for the design aesthetic for the home and always looked at all suggestions - hers, mine, my husbands - on how it would work with the look we were striving to achieve.

I never thought anything could meet, let alone, surpass my visions of that dream home - yet here I am, sitting in it - very largely thanks to Nazli.
